Job description
  • Receive and handle customer problems and complaints related to products. enterprise services.
  • Advise on suitable solutions to solve customers' problems.
  • Analyze and clarify the causes of customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Support opening and maintaining accounts for customers.
  • Respond to messages and advise, answer all customer questions before, during and after using products/services.
  • Continuously monitor to promptly correct and adjust problems that arise while customers use products/services.
  • Handling calls, acting as a bridge between customers and related departments.
  • Support customers to place orders, exchange goods, refund or cancel orders.
  • Consulting on discount and promotional programs for customers.
  • Collect, research and analyze customer needs, as a basis for proposing business development strategies to superiors.
  • Attract and find potential customers, optimize sales.
  • Contribute ideas and strive to complete all assigned tasks well.
  • Representatives give gifts of gratitude and maintain good relationships with customers on special occasions such as holidays, New Year, birthdays, etc.
  • Work on the principle of respecting the regulations, policies and culture of your business.
