Product Designer

  • Check the daily in/out list, VVIP guests or guests with special needs.
  • Be present at the Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.
  • Ensure efficient and timely reception and transfer of baggage and equipment.
  • Tag luggage and return identification cards to guests and assist guests in bringing luggage to the Reception desk.
  • Deliver letters, notes, packages, and flowers to living rooms.
  • Assist guests in storing luggage or storing luggage left at the hotel.
  • Submit OCC reports and Front Desk reports daily.
  • Support tasks as requested by superiors
