Job description
Reporting channel:
- Report directly to the Front Desk Supervisor
- Coordinate with other Departments when required
Job description:
- Check the daily in/out list, VVIP guests or guests with special needs.
- Be present at the Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.
- Ensure efficient and timely reception and transfer of baggage and equipment.
- Tag luggage and return identification cards to guests and assist guests in bringing luggage to the Reception desk.
- Deliver letters, notes, packages, and flowers to living rooms.
- Assist guests in storing luggage or storing luggage left at the hotel.
- Submit OCC reports and Front Desk reports daily.
- Support tasks as requested by superiors
